Tour Itinerary

Day 1 – Day 1: Arrival at Port Blair – Cellular Jail, Corbyn’s Cove Beach & Light and Sound Show

Arrive at Port Blair Airport and meet our representative. Transfer to your hotel and check in. After freshening up, proceed to visit the historic Cellular Jail. Later, relax at Corbyn’s Cove Beach and enjoy the coastal views. In the evening, attend the Light and Sound Show at Cellular Jail, showcasing the heroic history of India’s freedom struggle. Return to the hotel for an overnight stay at Port Blair.

Day 2 – Day 2: Port Blair to Havelock – Radhanagar Beach – Stay at Havelock

After breakfast, transfer to Port Blair Jetty and board the ferry to Havelock Island. Upon arrival, check in at the hotel. Later, visit the famous Radhanagar Beach, known for its white sand and clear waters. Spend time relaxing and enjoying the beach. Overnight stay at Havelock Island.

Day 3 – Day 3: Havelock – Elephant Beach Excursion – Stay at Havelock

After breakfast, proceed by boat to Elephant Beach. Enjoy snorkeling and other water activities (subject to availability and weather). Relax on the beach and explore the marine life. Return to the hotel and enjoy the rest of the day at leisure. Overnight stay at Havelock Island.

Day 4 – Day 4: Havelock to Port Blair – Chidiyatapu Visit – Stay at Port Blair

After breakfast, check out and transfer by ferry to Port Blair. On arrival, check in at the hotel. In the evening, visit Chidiyatapu, famous for its scenic sunset views and peaceful surroundings. Return to the hotel for an overnight stay at Port Blair.

Day 5 – Day 5: Departure from Port Blair – Airport Drop

Check out from the hotel as per your flight schedule. Transfer to Port Blair Airport for your onward journey.

All dedicated vehicle charges such as Scorpio, Xylo, Ertiga, Tavera, Swift Dzire in AC, strictly as per itinerary (not at disposal). Inter-island transfers by reputed cruises such as Makruzz, Nautika, Aashi Cruise, Green Ocean, or ITT Majestic, subject to availability.

Exclusions

GST as applicable. Lunch and dinner unless specifically mentioned in the inclusions. Airfare and train fare. Any meals other than those mentioned in the Services Included section. Personal expenses such as tips, telephone calls, laundry, beverages, liquor, shopping, and similar items. Any kind of entry fees, camera fees, or activity charges not mentioned in the inclusions. Any increase in cost due to flight cancellation, weather conditions, natural calamities, or government regulations beyond our control.

Booking Policy

1. All tour package bookings are subject to availability and are confirmed only after receipt of the required advance payment.

2. To initiate a booking, guests are required to:

* Pay 50% to 70% advance of the total package cost, as advised at the time of discussion.
* Share valid government-authorised photo ID proof (Aadhaar Card / Passport / Voter ID / Driving License) of all travellers for ferry bookings, permits, and security requirements.
* Provide inward and outward flight details to finalise the itinerary and avoid operational issues.
* Share the full name, age, and gender of each traveller.

3. The remaining balance amount must be paid at least 2 days prior to arrival or on arrival before commencement of services, as communicated by the Company.

4. All communications regarding booking shall be made only through the official contact details shared by the Company at the time of booking.

5. The Company reserves the right to amend the itinerary or provide similar alternatives if any service becomes unavailable due to operational reasons.

Terms and Condition

1. The Company acts only as a facilitator for hotels, transport, ferries, cruises, and activities, which are governed by respective third-party service provider rules.

2. Guests must carry original government-issued photo ID during the tour and produce the same whenever required at hotels, jetties, ferries, or checkpoints.

3. Guests are required to maintain punctuality. The Company shall not be responsible for itinerary changes or missed services due to delays caused by guests.

4. The Company shall not be liable for loss, theft, damage of personal belongings, or valuables during the tour.

5. The Company reserves the right to refuse services to any guest in case of misconduct, unlawful activities, health concerns, or violation of Company policies. No refund shall be applicable in such cases.

6. In case of force majeure events (natural calamities, government restrictions, pandemics, strikes, etc.), the Company shall not be held responsible for service disruption. Refunds, if any, will be processed strictly as per the cancellation policy.

7. Guests are advised to arrange personal travel insurance. The Company shall not be responsible for medical emergencies, accidents, or third-party activity risks.

8. By confirming a booking, the guest agrees that they have read, understood, and accepted all booking policies, cancellation policies, and terms & conditions of the Company.

Privacy Policy

Cancellation Policy

1. All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email or official communication channels. Verbal or telephonic cancellations will not be accepted.

2. Cancellation charges applicable for tour packages are as follows:

3. A minimum cancellation fee of ₹2,500 per person is applicable for all cancellations made after advance payment.

4. No rescheduling of the tour is permitted once any payment is made, unless allowed as per hotel or resort policy.

5. Bookings for Seashell, Coral Cove, Barefoot, Munjoh, Silver Sand Resort and Taj hotels are 100% non-refundable once advance payment is made.

6. All bookings falling between 15th December and 15th January (Peak Season) are subject to 100% cancellation charges, irrespective of the cancellation date.

7. For packages booked with flights:

* No refund will be provided for flights, hotels, ferries, or sightseeing once booked.
* 100% amount will be deducted in case of flight cancellation, delay, or rescheduling.
* No refund shall be made for missed services due to flight disruption.
